HOW TO USE THE RED LIGHT WELLNESS PAD

Place the mat on a flat, stable surface such as a bed board, yoga mat, sofa, or floor.
Use in a dry indoor environment only.

2️⃣ Position Yourself Comfortably

Sit or lie down so the area you wish to use is resting directly on the mat.

3️⃣ Connect the Power

4️⃣ Turn the Device On

• Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn ON
